The Massachusetts Coalition for Independent Work is dedicated to securing flexibility in scheduling, providing new benefits.

We’re banding together with drivers, community partners and elected officials to protect the flexibility and independence that drivers value, while expanding their benefits.

Overall, we seek to expand opportunities for workers across all demographics, ethnicities, and backgrounds; strengthen transportation and delivery equity that helps all communities grow and thrive; help brick-and-mortar small businesses, restaurants, and retailers compete in an increasingly online economy; and protect those communities that rely on independent workers and app-based services for their essential needs.
